Who is the target audience for QSR PH BIZ OFFERING ?

Frontline employees (retail associates, nurses, construction workers, etc.) need communication and collaboration tools to stay connected with fellow frontline employees as well as with headquarters or regional offices. They primarily consume (rather than create) content. Frontline workers share their primary work device with other qualifying frontline workers during or across shifts, or primarily use a mobile device because they are “deskless” and move from location to location as part of their work. For shared primary work devices, the other frontline workers must also use the device as their primary work device.


Examples: retail associates, nurses, auto mechanics, among others.
